The rules for using bchr.xyz. By using it, you agree to them.

Who can use it
bchr.xyz is run from, and meant for people in, the United States. You must be at least 13. If you make an account, keep your password safe: you’re responsible for what’s done with it.
What isn’t allowed
Don’t use bchr.xyz to:
Share anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material · harass, threaten or stalk anyone · spam, scam or phish · spread malware · share content that infringes someone else’s rights · attack, overload or probe the service or its users · get around a ban, or pose as someone else.
Moderation
We can’t read rooms, but we act on reports. We can freeze or close rooms, delete their files, end forums, and ban accounts and IP addresses. Our admins see a room only if someone shares its link with them, for example with “Ask an admin to join”. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
Your content
What you share stays yours. You let us store and relay it, encrypted, only as needed to run the service. You’re responsible for what you share, and for whom you give a room’s link: anyone with it can join.
Temporary by design
Messages and files are deleted automatically, so don’t keep your only copy of anything here. We may change features and limits, or stop offering the service.
Paid features
If we offer paid features, their price and terms will be shown before you pay.
No guarantees
bchr.xyz is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it, or from not being able to.
Ending
You can stop using bchr.xyz whenever you like, and delete your account on your profile page. We may suspend or end your access, or delete your account, if you break these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update the date above. Using bchr.xyz after that means you accept the new version.
